Databricks Acquires Row Zero to Strengthen Spreadsheet Governance and Compliance

Databricks has acquired Row Zero, a cloud-based spreadsheet startup, to enhance data governance and security within its platform. In contrast, Row Zero's integration will operate on a governance foundation built on Databricks' existing technologies, such as the Genie Ontology and Unity Catalog.
